I tried, I really did because I very much enjoyed the first book in the series, but lordy, this book was boring and very difficult to get into, and the prose about sent me to sleep. Sorry. The first third was very hard to grasp and my mind kept wandering off constantly. I tried skipping the mystery part and only reading the love scenes, but my mind continued wandering, so I discontinud. DNF
PS: Dear Torquere Press. One reason why I so rarely read books published by you is the horrible formatting. This version I bought in epub over at ARe and when I started reading my words were split like
He like d th e sunshin
e
Believe me that's very annoying and I had to re-format the book twice before it finally worked out. :-(
